Back on Track partnered with WorkCover Queensland and home care employers – Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service and Multicultural Communities Gold Coast – to develop educational resources for home care workers. These resources are intended to complement existing training and risk management initiatives. Resources are focussed on home care manual tasks that have been implicated in workplace injury; We offer practical engineering solutions and safer work practices to reduce the risk of injury. Please share these resources with home care workers and employers to improve the health and safety of our valued carers.
